- THE PLACE IS MAGNIFICENT.
- Everything was great, from the location, helpful staff, attention to detail, old world charm… Have to try once as it’s not a cheap hotel, but in my opinion it was a great experience
- Amazing hotel. Grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Perfect day ended with Negroni flight watching the sunset at hotel bar.
Negative reviews
- Expensive
- SOME RENOVATION MAY BE USEFUL.
- Not much, maybe breakfast on the terrace would have been the icing on the cake but we were informed that the seagulls might be a menace
- We hated that we couldn’t stay longer.
- Kettles are not provided in the rooms although they are available on request apparently.

- Amazing! Staff and service were impeccable. Smells amazing, immaculately clean. Nothing was to much trouble.
- Casa Angelina is understated perfection
- The location, the hotels decor, the rooms, the food and the staff all exceptionally perfect!!
Negative reviews
- Challenging drive to get there, but well worth it!
- Nothing it was the most wonderful stay.
- As suggestion a blue tooth speaker in the rooms
- The only thing might be a simpler pure Italian menu option as well instead of exploring too much with combinations? The rooms are a bit noisy due to tile floors and not really blocking out light with blinds
- An unbelievable comment this I know but the staff were a little too attentive. This did not ditract my score but thought a little constructive criticism helps.

- Everything was excellent.
- Staff were very friendly and helpful! I had a transfer cancel on me and they were so helpful with arranging alternate transfers. The owner came to greet us on our last day, the care she had for visitors was absolutely phenomenal and it showed through her employees.
- This is a family owned property which has incredible attention to hospitality detail. The owners of the property came and introduced themselves over dinner at the restaurant and were absolutely lovely. The restaurant is spectacular and one of the best meals I have had in my travels through Italy.

- Location a bit further away from Sorrento which means it takes a bit longer to get to town for ferries (apart from being further away from ferries, being further away Sorrento is a good thing in my view).
- Çok fazla tatlı alternatifi var sağlık acısından daha az şekerli karbonhidratları arttırılabilir.
- Purtroppo il paese offre pochissimo

- It’s beautiful! The rooms were simple but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The ground were beautiful and there is so much room to find a private place to lounge and enjoy. The staff was very helpful. We took a private boat tour to almalfi coast and I felt happy, after visiting those towns, that we stayed in sorrento. It’s less crowded and charming.
- The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular, a wonderful way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt luxurious.
- Room and the view.
- The property was stunning in every respect. The rooms were clean and comfortable with amazing views. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating. The location was perfect in regard to the town center area. Simply exceptional in every regard.
- Location is superb
Negative reviews
- The gym is really tiny and I wish they had a bigger spa with amenities (sauna etc)
- Our room was quite noisy at night . It was a corner location and traffic could be heard all night and especially early morning
- You have to pay extra for beach club. It should be included in your reservation
- Gym was quite small and not that well equipped for the size of hotel.
- Extremely disappointing for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. We paid a significant amount expecting comfort and quality service, but what we got was far from acceptable. Room service at 3 AM was a joke — dry, cold, and embarrassing for any hotel to serve. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and we woke up every day with a headache from hallway noise and housekeeping. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting luxury.

- Excellent hotel. The common spaces and rooms could be renovated but overall it, really nice place, we would go back.
- We had the most fabulous holiday! From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel straight at home. Reception, breakfast, pool, restaurant… everyone is super friendly and helpful and professional. Daily whatsapp messages to inform you of local tips… they go out of their way to make you feel special and at home. Special thanks to Lia! The location is fabulous, with the most wonderful views.. oh and the sunsets … thankfully all away from the crowds. Food is delicious! We had a fabulous holiday and will definitely come back!
- Excellent location with an amazing view. The service was impeccable and everyone working there was so helpful.
- Lia. She made the experience so worthwhile. From start to finish, our experience at [Hotel Name] was exceptional. The staff (especially Lia) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and they even offered us a quick tour of the facilities, which was a nice touch with a welcome drink! Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a breathtaking view of [mention something specific, like the city, beach, or mountains]. It was the perfect mix of comfort and style, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay – the bed was incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was spacious with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better – just peaceful, and it was easy to explore everything the area had to offer. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where we had a delicious breakfast every morning. Special shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond – they made recommendations for local activities, always had a smile, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. Overall, Villa Fiorella Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back on our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience away from all the craziness of Sorrento.
- This was a fantastic hotel and we had a great stay. The staff were AMAZING- so friendly and very helpful. They helped us sort out tours and have great recommendations. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed smooth a refreshing drink and a tour of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious! So many tasty pastries, fruit and yoghurt and then your choice of cooked food too. We had a room with a little roof terrace which was nice, although we didn’t really use it, we preferred to go to the roof top bar and have some lovely cocktails whilst we watched the sunset! A special mention for Adele who really went above and beyond to help with anything we asked about!
Negative reviews
- One of the rooms had no view which we didn't realise upon booking, that was disappointing.
- It’s down a hill. Not recommended to walk there if you have luggage.
- The gym was very small and had limited equipment. Getting a taxi into central Sorrento was a little expensive (but this is not the hotels fault, and we did know it was 15-20mins from the centre when we booked it). The staff were always willing to help us book a taxi or arrange dinner at a nearby restaurant that provided free transfers!
- For us, nothing. Our goal on the Sorrento coast was to find some rest in our travels. When you see Sorrento/Amalfi/Potsitano/Capri, they are huge tourist draws. Each with cruise ships and big tours stopping there daily. These famous places are beautiful, yet very crowded. Masse Luberisse is a little town and a little marina situated about 15-20 min drive outside of Sorrento. If you're looking for action, and people, and shopping, and night clubs, etc. Massa Luberisse is NOT the spot for you. If you want a quiet town, with an Italian coastal flare where the locals live, eat and shop, then this area is for you. As far as Villa Fiorella is concerned, the only complaint is that the wifi did work well in our room. However, if you go into the library/book reading room, it works great. It's easy to get a boat/fairy or bus service to all these other towns!
- It was a bit of a shame it’s not an adults only hotel, the pool is quite small so once you have 2 or more children having fun in the pool there isn’t much room to relax as a couple. There is ample space poolside just not really in the actual pool.

- Everything
- We hosted our wedding reception here, and the property—especially the terrace where our celebration took place—was absolutely stunning and everything we had hoped for.
- Great / perfect location. Very nice. Staff very helpful.
- Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the off season, but still enjoyed the dock. Note that like many places in this area, the "beach" is a dock, not sand (I think it is worth mentioning as it may not be obvious to some). We enjoyed the great location – walking distance to Sorrento center while also being tucked away for tranquility. The room was beautiful, and cleaning took place multiple times per day. It was very convenient and relaxing as part of our trip.
- Hotel is perfect in all aspects. The beautiful historical building, which looks like a palace inside and outside, situated right in front of the see on the top of the rock, close to the center of Sorrento. The hotel's territory is very cute and looks like a Eden garden. Rooms and all the hotel's facilities are updated, well equipped and smartly decorated. The hotel has its own private beach connected by the lift. The breakfast was very good and diverse.
Negative reviews
- Nothing
- Shower in room. Step over to enter was very high. For older adults, almost was a safety issue for slipping and fall. For Mr, I could hardly lift my legs up that high to step over the side.
- Landscaping (aka palm trees) blocked some of the view of Mount Vesuvius from the room. I would rather have had an unobstructed view!
- The rooms faced the street. You here the cars
- Expensive.

- Location, view, food
- The hotel staff was amazing from the first minute we checked in.
- Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The views over the port and coastline were absolutely stunning
- Wonderful stay, great staff, good food, rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the small boutique feel.
Negative reviews
- certain tables you could not sit at as they were reserved for the restaurant(confusing when you want to sit on the patio). So getting food was only breakfast downstairs or in your room or at the Michelin star restaurant.
- If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the daytime and evening menu choices. Everything we tried was nice, but I did miss having some classic pizza or pasta options to enjoy while soaking in those gorgeous views.
- The lack of an indoor lounge other than a cellar bar with no view of the beautiful coastline. … Our room had a few minor electrical and plumbing issues
- The jacuzzi didn't work; technicians tried to fix it but couldn't (hotel offered a fruit plate as compensation).
- My only negative was the bed, we had a king size bed but they put 2 twin size mattresses next to each other.
