- The breakfast spread was the huge and well prepared. Rooms are clean and in very good shape too. We got to spot the northern lights right at the comfort of our stay here.

- There is no toaster at breakfast. The hotel could have a sauna, it would be nice when outside is -20º C and you don't have a lot to do during the day.

- The water pressure of the shower was weak. I suppose there is no proper luggage storage room or area. Upon check-out, I asked the hotel to keep my weekender bag for a few hours before I left the city. I was then asked to put the bag near the reception desk. When I returned to the hotel a few hours later, the bag was still at the same place. But at that time, there were already quite many people around the reception and in the lobby. I was quite worried about the security as the staff all seemed busy taking care of the people waiting for check-in.

- The staff especially the front desk manager. I have booked this hotel through Booking.com in May 2024, checking in on 7th October. On the day of checking in, front desk told me I have been upgraded to another hotel without my consent. The reasons are unacceptable! I insisted on what I have ordered, refused to accepted their new arrangement. Finally they arranged a room for me. I knew that this is not the first time they use this trick as I have read some comments before. It’s a very bad experience for my Nordkapp trip! Some actions should be taking to this hotel.

- This is a lovely stay, close to the Polar park and a great stop between tromso and lofoten. The weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t enjoy the view but the hotel was great and the rooms were super comfy. We would definitely book again if we were travelling through.
