- Awesome place to stay and super cozy in the winter
- Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The resort exceeded my expectations – one of the best places I stayed during my Norway trip. The room, design, and facilities were excellent. The breakfast had plenty of options with both cold and warm dishes, and the quality was very good. Overall, I would love to come back and stay longer next time. Truly an amazing experience!

- Think guests should probably get at least one pool club visit included in their stay.
- Sometimes the staff, particularly at reception, were too young and unworldly. Although they tried to help and their English is excellent, they did not seem to be able to see things from an older person's point of view.
- No kettle in room so cannot enjoy hot drink in room cannot order in to bar if you do not want to eat in restaurant.
- The biggest disappointment was dinner in a la carte restaurant. Pricy and the taste was bad. The swimming pool and sauna comes with additional fee.
- What we did not like: * Staff on arrival came across as arrogant and not very helpful. * We arrived hungry at 23:00, but there were no food options whatsoever – not even a simple sandwich or cold dish. For a resort in this category, 24/7 food service should be standard. * The bar closed at 23:00, and even a late-night drink was unavailable. Reception offered no alternative options. * We had specifically requested two rooms with a connecting door for the family travelling with us, and had sent this request via Booking.com well in advance. At check-in, reception insisted we had never made the request – which was simply untrue. * Pleasant Resort, but Service Fell Short of Expectations

- On Travel index sites all locations want to be as close as possible to the top of the list, but surcharging for extras such as dogs when the search engine specifically indicates «dog friendly» locations isdishonest. show your full price up front in total at the time of booking
- The elevator broke down when we had to check out so we had to carry our bags down.
- We stopped on a Sunday so already knew the restaurant wouldn’t be open, but why? Other restaurants locally are so it’s a missed business opportunity as well as inconvenient for guests. I understand there are potentially cultural and/or religious reasons, but still disappointing. The recommendation for an evening meal wasn’t to our taste so we sourced our own (there are plenty of other options!). The hair and body gel in the bathroom shower was empty, and when we checked out I was going to mention this but there was no one on the front desk to advise. The AC in the room wasn’t as effective as we’d hoped so opened the window which ended up helping. So all in all the stay could have been more comfortable.
- The EV chargers are only 3,6 kW so do not arrive in the evening and expect that you can leave in the morning with 100% battery. There are 300 kW chargers 6 km away at Circle K but it would better to have 11/22 kW at the hotel. In addition even though the location is in the middle of nowhere you are heavily charged for parking. It just a hidden expense as you cannot get to the hotel without a car.

- We liked the location of the hotel (near to trainstation and also to the nature like the river or the forest). Our room was well-lit and no amenities were missing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge assortment (including vegan, lactose-free as well as gluten-free products). We also had fun playing the games located in the hotel (esp. pinpoint and pool).

- The room was spacious enough, but it had a roll-out 3rd bed prepared which we didn't need (only 2 people staying), and which obviously made the room feel smaller. The sound-proof of the room is terrible – I could hear each time somebody next-door was flushing the toilet.
- The bed was too small and soft. The room should have been cleaned with fresh towels supplied on a daily basis for my 3 nights stay.

- Don't have much to say here. All was positive. Maybe that parking is not included in the room fee.
- Our room wasn't well equipped. There weren't enough hangers, like none at all , no shelves for various things, and the bathroom was in slightly poor condition, it really needs fixing to live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. There wasn't any plug ins in the bathroom at all, not nice for shaving man.
- I understand that for this price the breakfasts are not extensive, but the basic thing is that hot items should be warm, and here the potato and sausage looked as if they had just been pulled from the fridge, the fried eggs were ice cold, and the same goes for the scrambled eggs, which were dried out like raisins.
- No activities in the hotel for small kids, coffee is bad.
- The room in need of renovation and would be nice with water boiler and refrigerator in the room. The tea at the hotel is cheapest possible and should be upgraded.

- A wonderful hotel in the middle of nature, away from the hustle and bustle. Modern, comfortable, functional. The room has everything you need, the bathroom is equipped with good quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Access to the spa area for hotel guests is free, the spa area with saunas and a swimming pool is open until 8 pm. The cozy restaurant serves breakfast from 7 am to 9 am on weekdays. Dinner from 6 pm, a table must be booked in advance. The quality of breakfast and dinner is good. The hotel and restaurant staff are friendly. An excellent hotel for relaxation.

- Lots of signs only in Norwegian, ok it’s in Norway, but not that helpful for foreign visitors would be the only very minor issue.
- There are some recommendations for improving the service and rest in the hotel: the pillows are not very comfortable, it would be great to replace them with orthopedic ones. It would be better to extend the breakfast time to 10.00, for complete relaxation of the guests of the spa hotel. In the spa area, it is necessary to eliminate small problems with the doors in the sauna and hamam (they do not close completely).
- The unpaved road to get there. It was full of holes. Signs on the road to get there could have been clearer. The outdoor sauna had no wood.
- We’ve got quite dirty room with few things that need to be fixed. Especially very loud and barely working coffee machine. Spa need renovation in few places. Steam sauna in both places didn’t work correctly.

- Very nice quiet classic hotel in Kongsberg I often use it for business trips. Very serviceminded personell and the facilities are really nice. Modern rooms with great beds, bathrooms and I love the floors. Breakfast is always great here. They have gym and pool, unfortunately I've never had time to check them out.

- restaurant evening menu very limited, poor selection
- Dinner was tasty but was not hot when it came out, like it had been sitting for a while. I could not adjust the room temperature below 19 or change the setting from heat to cool, which meant it was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.
- There were two flies in the room and during sleep they touched our face, which was really beyond my expectation.
- Parking with weird payment methods was the only backside. Everything else was fine, but I’m worrying there’s a bill coming.
- I had to leave early and so I ordered a takeout breakfast when I checked in and was told that it would be ready for me in the morning. However, when I came to check out in the morning it was not ready and I had to wait for almost 10 min, causing me to miss my bus and have an uncomfortably tight schedule to catch a train at the central station. The packed breakfast was also quite plain and there was nothing to drink. I would recommend not buying the breakfast at all if you need to get it packed and just buying something in a shop if you can.
