  • Everything was great! The room was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff were friendly. I'd definitely stay again!!!

Negative reviews

  • There was a string wind blowing, making the air conditioner make an awful noise, through the night.
  • Really wish they would have put in a hot tub and steam sauna in addition to the swimming pool.
  • the breakfast needs some revamping in terms of of variation, you can add more different cheeses and some beef or turkey protein
  • To pool was cold. It would have been nicer if the pool was warmer,. A hot tub would be even better.
  • The fact that TV channels were limited. We were not prepared with logons for Netflix for example. News and sports was about all there was to watch to relax.

Positive reviews

  • Clean and staff very accommodating
  • It was very clean and quiet at an excellent price. Truly an unbeatable value, I wish every hotel I have to stay in could be run this way.
  • Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet
  • We have stayed often at this hotel. Very friendly staff. The breakfast has a good variety. Would strongly recommend this hotel.
  • Very comfortable and clean room! Good breakfast!

Negative reviews

  • This last time we stayed there was a diesel truck running most of the night so it was noisy but liveable
  • Distance from destination
  • The heat in the room was high..never slept under the blankets …the heater and cooling system by the window cooling option was loud and didn’t have cool air come out .. you could open the windows but it didn’t help much ….but in fairness the never raised the issue but it looks like they are planning to mitigate the issue cause new air conditioners units in boxes were stacked in the hallway
  • It was noisy due to semis passing by all night long and the room could use some repairs, ie new wall paper or paint
  • Lack of vending machines

Positive reviews

  • Close to the airport. 24 hr shuttle as I landed at 2am. Very courteous staff.
  • Very good hotel as one would expect from a Hilton brand. Located conveniently near airport. Rooms are spacious and clean
  • Breakfast was amazing! Rooms are spacious and well stocked with everything u need. Parking is easy and very accessible!
  • Very friendly staff
  • Easy to get to from the airport. Clean and services were spot on.

Negative reviews

  • It would be highly beneficial to have restaurant/bar on premises. Being the "Airport hotel" it means often people do not have own transportation and need to pay for taxies to get some food/drink other than breakfast.
  • Bed is firm, pillows do not have a lot of support. We were right beside the elevator so it was a bit moisy
  • Kids running in the hall and barking dogs
  • The pool area was being renovated which is fair, but the last time I stayed here in summer, the hot tub was broken. I booked this place for the nice pool/hot tub area. After driving 6.5 hours to get here I was disappointed. You could’ve told me ahead of time so I could book elsewhere. A shuttle a few blocks away to the travel lodge is a ridiculous alternative. I should get money back for this inconvenience. This stay was not worth my money. I’ll never come back.
  • Our room did not seem thoroughly cleaned. We always inspect our beds, and under our mattress, near the headboard, was a condom wrapper… like the housekeeping would have seen this when they made the bed.. and under the sofa bed was a few bottles of shampoo and lotion. There also wasn't a complete bedding set in the room for the sofa bed.

  • Comfortable beds, free shuttle to airport very friendly staff
  • Breakfast is really good!
  • Located very close to the airport. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice interior. We stayed there for one night after a flight and is very convenient to the airport. It’s walkable if you didn’t have too many bags.
  • Great location by airport, great soundproofing, breakfast and happy hour spot on premises is nice

Negative reviews

  • Prepaid my breakfast and had to ask for the breakfast chit as check in didn’t provide it . I then received my final bill and was again charged for breakfast. Need to get that properly organized.
  • There was no computer – printer station to process flight check ins. Found this very annoying in a first class hotel!

Positive reviews

  • Location
  • It was very clean obviously new. We loved the well lit parking lot it added value because it felt very safe. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of food and decent coffee.
  • New, clean and comfortable. Easy to load in luggage cart. The pool was nice and breakfast was great.
  • Great breakfast options- variety
  • The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Negative reviews

  • Our thermostat wouldn’t turn on in our room so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The temp was ok so we didn’t bother to say anything but it’s something that could pose a problem for others.
  • Would be great if the pool was just open all hours as there’s no lifeguard. Then adults can get some quiet time without all the kiddos. The waffle maker needs to be replaced as the poor staff member was having to scrape off remnants. Let them focus on other things and just get a new waffle maker.
  • I do not like when I use a booking app and I get refused a proper receipt from the hotel. This happens from time to time and it always gets resolved after many emails back and forth. The hotel eventually will provide, however makes me not want to stay here.
  • Baby play pen was dirty and stained, no sheets were provided. The pillows are ridiculously huge and no one sleeps with pillows that size- ended up with a very sore neck and still have it! Children had to sleep with no pillow
  • It was a bit pricey compared to other places.

  • We really enjoyed everything about our stay! Facilities and staff were wonderful. Clean , modern and comfortable!

  • Super comfy bed and pillows . SHORT NOTICE BOOKING. So happy they had a room Warm cookie on check in.

Negative reviews

  • I didn't like the feel of the sheets however the bed was comfortable
  • The food at the pub we have had a lot of misses and few hits in that lounge over the past year. This stay we had raw chicken wings x 2. Then offered a complimentary dessert and the berries were hot on the dessert but the cinnamon bun it was with was totally frozen.. neither meal or dessert was edible.
  • Doesn’t have its own parking. Parking entrance was dirty
  • The rooms could have better lighting
  • They charged us the cost of water bottles even though the tag on them said they were free. Also they didn’t have gluten-free options for breakfast.

Positive reviews

  • Location, value for money, breakfast food and server were excellent
  • The architecture and design of the building. The location is fantastic.
  • Breakfast was wonderful, location was great. Was easy check out.
  • We need many accommodations and lots of assistance when traveling, the staff was very friendly, eager to help and polite. We had a couple little hiccups on our end and they were more than helpful. Our kids felt like royalty staying in the castle.
  • It’s our second time staying at this hotel, and we loved it just as much! The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the location couldn’t be better. We also really enjoyed the pool area with its sauna and hot tub. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saskatoon!

Negative reviews

  • Room was cool initially, bvut OK later. Took a long time to warm up but it did!
  • The upkeep or maintenance of the building is lacking, carpet edges are fraying, stained ceilings, loose toilet, stained sofa, dust seriously built up in ceiling fans of elevators, damaged ceiling panel in elevator, just to mention a few. I don’t expect perfection but these all add up to poor maintenance.
  • Check out could be moved to noon. Beds need updating
  • The pool was very very chilly!
  • Noisy fan++. Temp control….felt cold at times. Windows drafty…very cold outside.

  • Good location near food and Walmart
  • The room was very comfortable and not noisy.

Negative reviews

  • Security.
  • The hot tub jets were not working which was very sad as there are no bath tubs to relax in either!
  • No Keurig-style coffee maker. Who doesn't have that? I want good coffee so put a keurig in and I can grab pods from Walmart or from home. No staff making sure that kids from staying sports teams aren't running over and over down the halls. People like us had to go into the hall and yell at the little buggers, as their parents were apparently deaf. TV should have streaming device we can tap into with our passwords for Netflix or whatever. And who still uses dim and dull compact fluorescent bulbs? Four points does! That is just ridiculous.
  • That noisy people during the night and next morning were not removed from the building.
  • the staff was not helpful at all, we asked for a discount on our stay or partial refund because we were woken up at 3:30AM to a little boy (4 years old) locked out of his room scream crying. the security guard did not follow protocol. he went downstairs and got a key to the room the boy was banging on and let him in. he did not check for adults nor if was his room. the little boy was in a diaper. i was with my infant and disturbed. i went back to my room and called mobile crisis in hopes they would do something but they also were waiting on the call from hotel which probably never came.
