- The heat in the room was high..never slept under the blankets …the heater and cooling system by the window cooling option was loud and didn’t have cool air come out .. you could open the windows but it didn’t help much ….but in fairness the never raised the issue but it looks like they are planning to mitigate the issue cause new air conditioners units in boxes were stacked in the hallway
- It was noisy due to semis passing by all night long and the room could use some repairs, ie new wall paper or paint

- It would be highly beneficial to have restaurant/bar on premises. Being the "Airport hotel" it means often people do not have own transportation and need to pay for taxies to get some food/drink other than breakfast.
- Bed is firm, pillows do not have a lot of support. We were right beside the elevator so it was a bit moisy

- The pool area was being renovated which is fair, but the last time I stayed here in summer, the hot tub was broken. I booked this place for the nice pool/hot tub area. After driving 6.5 hours to get here I was disappointed. You could’ve told me ahead of time so I could book elsewhere. A shuttle a few blocks away to the travel lodge is a ridiculous alternative. I should get money back for this inconvenience. This stay was not worth my money. I’ll never come back.
- Our room did not seem thoroughly cleaned. We always inspect our beds, and under our mattress, near the headboard, was a condom wrapper… like the housekeeping would have seen this when they made the bed.. and under the sofa bed was a few bottles of shampoo and lotion. There also wasn't a complete bedding set in the room for the sofa bed.

- It was very clean obviously new. We loved the well lit parking lot it added value because it felt very safe. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of food and decent coffee.

- Our thermostat wouldn’t turn on in our room so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The temp was ok so we didn’t bother to say anything but it’s something that could pose a problem for others.
- Would be great if the pool was just open all hours as there’s no lifeguard. Then adults can get some quiet time without all the kiddos. The waffle maker needs to be replaced as the poor staff member was having to scrape off remnants. Let them focus on other things and just get a new waffle maker.
- I do not like when I use a booking app and I get refused a proper receipt from the hotel. This happens from time to time and it always gets resolved after many emails back and forth. The hotel eventually will provide, however makes me not want to stay here.
- Baby play pen was dirty and stained, no sheets were provided. The pillows are ridiculously huge and no one sleeps with pillows that size- ended up with a very sore neck and still have it! Children had to sleep with no pillow
- It was a bit pricey compared to other places.

Then offered a complimentary dessert and the berries were hot on the dessert but the cinnamon bun it was with was totally frozen.. neither meal or dessert was edible.

- The upkeep or maintenance of the building is lacking, carpet edges are fraying, stained ceilings, loose toilet, stained sofa, dust seriously built up in ceiling fans of elevators, damaged ceiling panel in elevator, just to mention a few. I don’t expect perfection but these all add up to poor maintenance.

- The hot tub jets were not working which was very sad as there are no bath tubs to relax in either!
- No Keurig-style coffee maker. Who doesn't have that? I want good coffee so put a keurig in and I can grab pods from Walmart or from home. No staff making sure that kids from staying sports teams aren't running over and over down the halls. People like us had to go into the hall and yell at the little buggers, as their parents were apparently deaf. TV should have streaming device we can tap into with our passwords for Netflix or whatever. And who still uses dim and dull compact fluorescent bulbs? Four points does! That is just ridiculous.
- That noisy people during the night and next morning were not removed from the building.
- the staff was not helpful at all, we asked for a discount on our stay or partial refund because we were woken up at 3:30AM to a little boy (4 years old) locked out of his room scream crying. the security guard did not follow protocol. he went downstairs and got a key to the room the boy was banging on and let him in. he did not check for adults nor if was his room. the little boy was in a diaper. i was with my infant and disturbed. i went back to my room and called mobile crisis in hopes they would do something but they also were waiting on the call from hotel which probably never came. RCMP should had atleast been notified. not okay.
