- I ett öppningsbart skåp till vänster innanför dörren finns en luftanläggning (Casa comfort). Den hade ett genomträngande ljud som hördes högt. För att kunna sova fick vi ha på oss hörlurar hela natten. Bullermätning skulle sannolikt ge överskridande av gränsvärde 30 dB.

- Grosse Auswahl an Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet. Schönes Ambiente in den Restaurants mit super Aussicht auf den See.
- Wunderschön gelegen am Hjälmaren. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren gut ausgestattet, neu und sehr sauber. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es eine kleine private Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Da wir Mitte September da waren und es ein sehr mückenreiches Jahr ist, konnten wir es zwar nicht nutzen, aber ich stelle es mir im Sommer sehr schön vor. Die Rezeption ist im Haupthaus, sowie das Restaurant (im Sommer wird das andere Restaurant am Wasser betrieben). Das Haupthaus ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Höhepunkt war das Restaurant. Das Menü war excellent! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen großen Spa Bereich, den wir nicht genutzt haben, aber er sah sehr gut aus.
- Den bästa frukosten vi ätit någonsin! Att man hade poolområde precis utanför balkongdörren var ett extra plus.
- Fräscht och mycket trevlig personal. Frukostbuffén var toppen.

- Ett speciellt hotell där den totala upplevelsen, trots vissa mindre påpekanden, var positiv. Rummet var välstädat, stort och med finess. Extra plus för sängen som var otroligt skön att sova gott i.

- Due to low occupancy, there was no reception – just the door code and the room key in a bag. No bar service, restaurant closed – also the golf club next door.
- Hotellet kändes underbemannat då det bland annat var svårt att hitta någon personal för att checka in. Frukosten var inget märkvärdigt och även där framgick alltför tydligt att det var ont om personal.
- Att det inte gick att bada. Det hade varit perfekt med en längre brygga och stege att ta sig nerför
- Kaos på frukosten där allt var slut hela tiden, men personalen var uppenbart både stressad och ursäktande.

- Cleanliness of public areas wasn't up to scratch – there was dry mud cast-off from shoes on the stairs for two days.
- Small room with no wardrobe nor fridge. Very expensive for what it offers. I didn't like the food in the hotel 's restaurant. The reception kept sending messages about on line check in and check out and when we arrived they didn't even want to see our documents . The wooden houses in Nora and the cafés along the lake are beautiful. It's a pity there are no taxis, so we couldn't go to the old mining village of Pershittan.
- Breakfast choices quite limited. For example no granola or muesli. No croissants or pastries.
- Sometimes there is a lack of attention to detail. On our last visit, we were given a room where the toilet couldn't flush, this should have been noticed and fixed before a guest has arrived. The reception has quite limited opening hours, although there is a phone-number you can call in case you need help. We had a bit of trouble with accessing the hotel after closing time because the cards didn't work. This was pointed out, we got new cards without problem, but as it turned out they also didn't work to open the outside door. Also on our last visit, we were told upon arrival that the breakfast wasn't being served in the hotel. Instead, due to few guests, it would be served in the nearby "Lilla hotellet". Of course we can understand this, but it would have been great to get this information before arrival. And on a final note…why don't diversify the rates according to season? The price we paid now in January is exactly the same as you pay during peak-season, which defies logic (at least to me)

- Very difficult to figure out how to obtain linens and towels. No one available to help us. Had to call central number and the rep didn't have some of the information we needed. Didn't use shower because was dirty.
- The room they gave us was dirty with old used linen from the previous guests on a pile by the beds. We were supposed to have breakfast (pay at the property option) but they refused us saying it was supposed to ask before 3pm – but we booked the room for the night at 6pm and there was no mention about the 3pm rule, they don’t even asked if they can offer us at least a cup of coffee (the setting is rural with no shop or cafe) such rudeness and they just didn’t care at all. We had to clean the room before being able to use it, we sent the complaint and asked the reception for help . They didn’t bother to reply or give us a clean room. The Wi-Fi was supposed to be in the room- no connection whatsoever. Oh, you also have to pay for the linen, if all the rest wasn’t enough..

- Perfect for a stop, just alongside the main road.
- This is a regular stopover for us as we travel between Estonia and Norway. A dog friendly hotel a comfortable distance from Stockholm. It seems to also be frequented bynumbers of building contractors. The breakfast is adequate but lacking something, maybe a sausage that is not some form of frankfurter, and another egg option to avoid the semi liquid scrambled soup. I like this place, I really do. The staff are excellent it is fairly quiet, comfortable and convenient.
- Bedrooms were compact but well equipped – the pull down bunk beds were much better for our teenager than the usual sofa bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
- The room was nice, with a very good view. The restaurant also served a very good dinner and breakfast. The hotel is also truly pet friendly.
