- Very comfortable room. I arrived late and left early so didn't get the full affect of the hotel but staff were excellent and friendly. The room and communal areas very clean.

- The glass wall separating the shower is too narrow so water splashes out. The hallway (carpet?) has a strange smell (but thankfully the room smelled fine)
- The swimming pool wasn’t included in the room price and had to be booked and paid for separately. Moreover, children could not use the pool at any time of day, but only during designated hours for families. This information was not easily discoverable when making the booking.

- The only two points we liked less: soft mattresses and the sofa bed very very soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. And the high chairs for little kids in the restaurant would benefit from a little extra cleaning.

- It felt a bit cold during the time I was there in October, even in the eating area. There may need to be a bit more attention given to the cleanliness and upkeep of the bathroom – I don't feel that it had been deeply cleaned for some time. The light fixture had a problem (badly flickering when turning on) that they fixed very quickly, but it was also something that was very easy to noticeable, so it shouldn't need a customer complaint to get fixed.

- The Spa was disappointing, it was chaos, really. It's just advertising, but not worth it. And you have to book and pay in advance separately from the price of your room, they don't care that you are after all their guests. At breakfast, they serve food you can shop on Ica, very simple food, nothing special, low quality for the high price they ask for a night at this hotel. It was hard to find a parking place. The atmosphere felt quite cold.
- Unfortunately, the food at the Bistro restaurant was disappointing. The Caesar salad was so bad we didn’t even eat it. The pizza was average and a bit dry. We also ordered an expensive meat sandwich, which was not worth the price. At breakfast, the oven-baked omelet was delicious, but they burned it the first time and we had to ask them to make it again. On the bright side, the food at the 180° restaurant was much better.

- The location is out of town and the hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday (I noticed the restaurant which was a reason to choose this hotel but didn’t check the opening time, my mistake). I arrived after walking in Skuleskogen national parc all day, was starving and not feeling like going back to the city to find food. Fortunately there is a shop open 7 days near the hotel and the lady at the reception was helpful.
- Rooms are rather primitive. Not living up to the expectation. Clean but very sober.
- The shower was little bit weird because the water splashes everywhere in the bathroom… And my neighbours upstairs was really loud they had kids running around and making really loud noises..
- I don't like the bed as it is made with 2 single beds and it's not very comfy.
- The room was really small, even for those with small children. If your child is over 10, I recommend choosing a larger room. Our room on the lowest floor had outside lamps shining directly into our window, causing uncomfortable light at night. Take another room in upper floor. The hotel is quite far from the city center, but conveniently located next to a hypermarket. A car is necessary if you plan to dine outside of the hotel. Additionally, please note that the restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays.

- Children's play room near lobby was chaotic and had some unsafe items in it. Also parking is expensive – even though it isn't hotels direct responsibility, the hotel doesn't mention it anywhere, so expect 30 euro price increase to your stay, or park far away from the hotel to save money.
- The back door of the hotel that is attached to the movie theater was really dirty.
- The quality of the extra bed that I pay beforehand. But I got a sofa bed in the room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all since the mattress was not for standard use so the springs poke on the body.
- they upgraded us for free in a family room, but it was not so clean, so much dust under the beds and corners. Also the bathroom was so old with exposed pipes that my kid was taking a shower and he burned his leg
- It would be good if the restaurant and/or a café was open more regularly. Garage parking per day is expensive even though I did not need to use it.
