- The snack bar operates during the same hours as the reception, so after 7 or 8 p.m., there is no longer any service for guests, but our room had a full kitchen, so we managed fine with a few things we bought at the market and accessed the place through the night entrance.
- Air con in our room didn't work. Window did not open and it was very hot in the room. Filter coffee self service in the reception/cafe area had to be paid for each time. In such a lovely hotel, this could have been included in the price.
- Apartment was great on the edge of the pond – but I would say small for six (only five of us).

- The location right on the beach and the cozy and comfortable facilities made our stay a real treat! All the staff we encountered were super friendly, accommodating and professional. The bed with a decent choice of different pillows was much appreciated, and the breakfast was very good.

- Absolutely beautiful piece! Very nice and relaxing spa with different creams, peelings and stuff for face. Cozy room on the 3’d floor with windows though the whole wall. Very good breakfast and snacks with tee and coffee than possible to get any time during whole day. Love it! Definitely come back.

- Food from the bar. We didn’t manage to try their restaurant, but one evening we ordered a pizza and a salat from the bar. The food there was really not on the level of the hotel.

- Our room was overlooking other (I guess) unused rooms in a gap between the hotel walls so nothing to look at. But we didn't spend much time in the room so no problem. At the front of the hotel, they could benefit from some seating/terrace area to enjoy the remarkable sea views – there is none from memory just an outdoor gym which could be replaced by a garden area with views. Minor points as you only have to start walking from the hotel and these uninterrupted sea views are all around you.

- The breakfast could be improved to be more like home made. Also, in our room they seemed to have cleaned with something likely to bring shine and some of it was left on some surfaces, which wasn’t so nice as it felt sticky in some places. There was also some oil smell from the recent renovation in the room.
- Rooms small for the price and only basic items.
- The soap / body wash in bathroom bottles needs to be replaced !! The lift is super slow !! The electric kettle was placed in the cupboard over the safe, who does it ?? It is supposed to be out on a table with tea / coffe sachets properly arranged not just to be kept as to mark it out that we had that in room.

- We seemed to be in an odd room, so bathroom felt like a hospital. Smelt a bit musty, yet also like new paint. Stairs needed cleaning and carpet in breakfast room and the covers on the chairs in the big room smelt dusty. Sent a message to the hotel about odd room choice but got no reply.

- I only stayed one night but was fair enough for my exptectations. The individual room maybe a bit to small but the facility is well located in the city.
- The hotel is surrounded by green space and close to the beach. They have a nice spa area which you can book for your own use and they provide lots of games for the garden which kept our grandkids well occupied.
- Good location at a nice place close to the sea. A very delicouse breakfast buffet open utilgjengelig 11am.

- Two doors were used as entrances. Neither of them with a ramp for prams. The "main" entrance has rotating doors that did not work. Day time resturant area clean at first site but attention not being made to under seats / behind seats. Bar service unorganised. On two occasions, the toilets in the main restaurant breakfast area had no soap to use. The breakfast service was unorganised. Lots of pleasant staff but no one to direct the service. I lost count of how many times they ran out of coffee, with then a wait for it to return. This also happened on some of the food items. Slow to clear tables, leaving a generally untidy and not calm atmosphere.
- The bed was way too soft for my taste and the room did not have facility for making tea or coffee.
- There was no drinking water in the room and no mini bar which was very annoying, especially when the price was quite expensive.
- No parking space for car, was told I had to leave car outside of hotel area. No body lotion in the bathroom

- Great location, fantastic and helpful staff, wide choice of dishes for breakfast (and tasty!). The bathroom & the room were very clean. Bathroom included a proper comfortable shower cabin, which I always prefer to standing in a bathtub 🙂 I could definitely stay there again with pleasure.
- The breakfast was awesome. There were so many different varieties to choose from. Everything tasted good as well. The staff at the check in counter was very helpful as well. We got a small ”godispåse” as it was Easter. It was a nice gesture, we felt.

It had just a few channels and they were all useless. 4) The WiFi service was terrible, it didn't cover the whole room. 5) The breakfast was also ordinary and didn't have a very wide variety of foods. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.
