- The accommodation was in a good location and you could park your car right in front of the building. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was incredibly good! Breakfast was available in the main building, and the restaurant was also open in the evening, which was a nice bonus when we arrived in the evening. The staff were nice and friendly. I recommend!

- The WiFi on the 5th floor was terrible, basically unusable for more than a few minutes. Others on the floor also had issues. The bathroom was okay, but when you use the shower, water gets over the floor too much. The trash outside the 5th floor elevators was not emptied for the 2 days I stayed and smelled quite bad, I forgot to tell them about it but I shouldn't have to.

- I could not get the Wi-Fi to work and there was no iron (but an ironing board). My neighbour the first night was very loud and the walls did not stop much of her noise.

- The staff went out of their way to ensure there was food available for us after a late arrival. Given we were travelling with young children, the delicious lasagne, salad, bread and wine was a very welcome treat after a long day travelling. The breakfast was also delicious. The garden and grounds were lovely for our children to roam and play after a long journey. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated.
- We enjoyed every minute we stayed in Haga Slott. We had fantastic dinner and lovely stay. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would love to come back very soon!

- The very kate check in. We arrived at about 14:00 in the pouring rain and we didn't get a room till after 16:00.
- Gym too small and 2/2 treadmills not working. Wifi not working in my room. When I arrived my room was spotless but it was not properly cleaned during my stay. No fridge.

- No storage in the room for a long stay- we had 9 nights in Uppsala. Breakfast was ok- not as good as other Radisson Blu hotels I’ve stayed in Sweden
- The choice of food at the breakfast and especially of tea was lower than expected in a four star, also compared with its local competitors. I also felt the duvet cover was warn out (to much duvet on the side and too little in the middle.)

- One has to book a time for breakfast the night before. This takes away the freedom and it does not make any sense. Why not let it sort out itself like any other hotel. Works just fine. - The design of bathroom needs to be improved. The sink is TINY. The carpet and bedding had stains on them. For a 4 star hotel, not even a kettle in the rooms. It was quite shocking to be honest.

- We stayed near the main building in the Herrgård. It was nice to feel the atmosphere of early times, when the old iron factory was still florishing. The location is nice in the summer, because of the adjacent lake which is warm enough to go swimming (end of July) at Gimobadet. Surprisingly, no mosquitos, maybe it was too hot for them. The TV and wifi worked well. The breakfast provides a sufficient number of food choices.
