- The hotel was already maybe a little bit worn out but still comfortable. The pillows were worn out so that they should probably be already replaced with new ones.
- Only single bad thing is that its seasonal. The restaurant will offer you a simple set menu for dinner. Choise of three dishses and a ready made breakfast kit. All is understandable, nothing really to do there outside summer season anyway.
- We had reserved a room for two people, but there was only a single blanket in the room and a single towel in the bathroom. The breakfast was satisfactory but below expectations. The price did not match the quality, and the overall hotel experience was a quite poor.

- Nice fresh hotel in the middle of Piteå. Very good, paid, parking.
- Loved our room everything about it was superb. Elevators were fast and it very well built so there is almost no noice between rooms. The shower was first class and it was goot heating in the room. Great coffee and a mini bar that we dodn’t use.

- The hotel seems a bit expensive as the spa isn't included in the comparably steep room price. The location is unpleasant. The area is surrounded by huge factories, one of them very close to the town. The slightly burning smell of industrial fumes is present on the streets. It even reaches the hotel lobby. Our light online search of the area was misleading as there was no indication of the nearby heavy industrial sites. The hotel's photos of the view also conveniently omit the reality.

- Unfortunately, the shower gel container in the bathroom was empty. It was late in the night and family was asleep so could not ring up the reception about it either. The TV screen should be bigger in this day and age, and for a room this size. There was some general wear and tear about the room but the hotel is being slowly renovated so expect this to be addressed with time.
- The rooms look old and outdated, due to the renovation there was limited gluten free breakfast.

Considering the price of 1k euros for 2 nights, I feel like these details should be sorted.

Nice saunas and a gym with great view was really nice. The breakfast was really good. With a little update in rooms like better beds and little fixing on surfaces and maybe some basic comfortabilities in a familyroom such as waterboiler would be nice. In general the hotel was nice and tidy and in a good location.

- They told us the reception was open 24/7 but on arrival at pre confirmed time. There was nobody on reception and a message to call a phone no. We did not have phone service but after seeing the bar staff they finally located someone after 30 min. She was very pleasant and offered us a breakfast bag to take with us and that we could pick it up at any time. We said we would need it by 5.30am. But on going to reception at 5 am and waiting till 5.35 am nobody was manning reception and unable to find anyone in the hotel. So no breakfast. There needs to some other way to contact staff eg a particular spot in hotel or bell etc as foreign tourists do not always have phone connection in foreign country.
