- Dinner meal was very good
- They have an indoor sauna that is free to use and they also have a floating outdoor sauna on Ume River and they cut the ice for us so we can do ice baths in the river. Also have a great outdoor hot tub that you can book separately.
- The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
- Staff were helpful and welcoming we would definitely stay here again.

- Wifi is really really slow and tend to disconnect. Also there is no laundry service as specified on the equipement

- Ventilation in toilet and room was limited to some default values and the windows on room are not opening so it was a bit hot during the night. No way to get fresh air in the room.
- Being locked out of the room. The hotel is in need of TLC, starting to get worn out.
- TV didn't work, a lot of dust and stuff accumulated in the air, and the mirrors were made for average sized human beings which my partner is not. Also the bed mattress wanted to fall off the side all of the time.

- Mysigt hotell och väldigt trevliga ägare. Fin frukost med bra utbud och gott bröd.
- Superbra bemötande av Maria och Andreas. Vi var få på hotellet så frukosten var framdukad i receptionen och i kylar. Kändes välkommet och hemtrevligt, toppen att det var husdjursvänligt.

- Our second 1 night stay before flew home. Room had fantastic view river on 12 floor Great sauna with view, , towels provided Organised us early check in and taxi .
- Greate hotel located in walking distance to city center. Garage is nice to have in winter time though the lots are made for smaller cars so some cars might not be able to park. The room was nice and spacious but a bit out dated, could be that some things might be missing like blinding curtains, the staff was great and helped out quickly. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and seating area is also good.
- Very central location. One of the highest buildings in the city so great perspectives over Umeå from the sauna and gym!
- Arrived here late but luckily the reception is open until 24:00. Room was really nice and the breakfast was great, with loads of options. It is near different car parking options if you are driving.

- Older side but good, especially the ”kidszone” was well equipped and apreciated. Great with indoor pool although not for smaller children as 160-190cm deep. Plenty of parkingspace! Walkingdistance to citycentre.

- Hotel Lappland is until today , one of the best hotels I have visited , with a High class breakfast and restaurant , a beautiful SPA with all possible commodities , friendly people and really nice rooms , if you do not book with booking , if you book with booking it will be more expensive and just a simple room withouth anything , better to book directly by telephone with one of their fantastic employers , was a nice journey and an experience to remember. The beds were fine, but the place is extremely overpriced for what it is.
