- Manlio is an excellent host and was very helpful during our stay. Recommend the best restaurants, cafés, beaches, walks with our dog… The house is furnished and designed to a high standard. We had a very pleasant stay.
- Perfect apartment in a great location in beautiful Pescara. Very close to all shops and restaurants with very convenient parking just across the street. Manlio is a charming and delightful host, he spared no effort to make sure we were comfortable with everything we need for a perfect stay. The apartment itself is adorable with stylish features and modern amenities. Manlio provided a lot of special touches such as snacks, water, very nice bath products and even an excellent make-up remover that worked better than my fancy Clinique! The air conditioning was amazing too, during our trip it was unbelievably hot outside but even the lowest setting kept the apartment perfectly cool and comfortable. I have only the most wonderful things to say about Manlio and Color Houses, we look forward to staying again on our next trip to beautiful Pescara! ❤️
- The owner was very thoughtful and lovely, answered all the questions and showed extra attention. The location was great, beach only ten minutes away, near the city centre. Very quiet and peaceful place. Loved our stay here!

- Nearby carpark closes down on Wednesday for local market on Wednesdays, they towed away our car by the morning. Recovery was rather pricey.
- The only thing that bothered me a bit was the noise level. The residents above us were very audible, as were people in the stairwell (including their dogs). However, since this wasn't caused by the host or the apartment itself, it's just a note for light sleepers and those sensitive to noise.
- I am short and while the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups they were out of my reach. A small step stool would be helpful.
- Minor suggestion would be paper towels but not a deal breaker. Grazie mille Manlio!

- Everything was as advertised, but even better. Everything was squeaky clean! We had all that we needed for the kitchen, relaxing, working, and sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The windows and AC/fan provided good ventilation. The bright space and floor plan facilitated an easy and very comfortable stay. Excellent view and the beach is amazing! The service was incredible. Vincenzo was very helpful, kind, available, and responsive. Highly recommend staying here!
- The apartment is very well-equipped, comfortable, and just a stone's throw from the beach. Vincenzo is the best host you can imagine. He is kind, helpful, and does everything to make guests feel at home. He provides detailed recommendations for sights and suggests the best restaurants or ice cream shops for a gastronomic experience. Through his connections, he was able to book us a table at the best restaurant in Roseto even on the same day, where the staff welcomed us like friends because they knew who had recommended the place. The use of the enclosed garage is convenient and practical.

- Facilities are fantastic and staff was very attentive and service was amazing. nice little houses with a rooftop terrace of your own with a nice sun bed.
- The staff was very helpful and kind. I have gluten and lactose intolerance and once they learned it, acted immediately and I was able to eat very delicious food each day. I loved the beach. The location is very private no crowds perfect for relaxation.

- This was a very last minute side trip and it was a little hard to get to. We got there after 6 PM and wanted to stay the next day for a little while but we’re told we had to leave the property by 11:30 AM – lots of rules there

- It is only a suggestion from me: You might consider to share with the foreigners the programs in Vasto. It is a great town, each evening there was something happening but we learned it when we got there. Would be nice to have an information about these at the hotel to be able to decide if you would like to participate on those. 🙂
- Directions and billboards. GPS reception very poor close to Hotel
- Air conditioning only activates at 23° and it is impossible to lower the temperature. We found this setting too high as we prefer a cooler room. Bathroom light motion sensor is located too near the door so when light goes off it can’t be reactivated from the far side of the bathroom. The hotel is quite difficult to find and we kept missing the small turning. Signs on both sides of the road would help in locating it.

- Very nice hotel, newly built, and it feels very fresh. It is maintained well, and provides a lot of in-house facilities (such as kitchen in the room dishwasher, microwave inside the room; swimming pool (indoor and outdoors) & spa available at the hotel). I was visiting outside of the season (beginning of October), and the value for money ratio of extremely good.
- Fantastic all around. The staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful and kind. Facilities were beautiful, absolutely stunning grounds. Rooms were great, huge size and had everything you could need. Free bikes to use at any time, which was amazing to see the area, just such a fantastic hotel, could not recommend more.

- The perfect apartment, with all the required amenities. Very clean, great balcony and huge bathroom ! The staff were fantastic and so helpful. We loved it so much we extended our stay by 2 extra nights as it was next to the beach and had an amazing swimming pool. We would definitely stay their again.

- Clogged shower drain and we have to ask to change room on the morning to have a proper one. They knew this malfunction and moreover decide to give us this room though other rooms were available. View on the train track and noise from it at night Breakfast average and bad service
- The attic room we had was warm, ac didn’t seem to work, opening the overhead window was difficult. Breakfast lacked savory items (cheese, ham etc).
- Most of our problems were related to the room. A lot of people note the train noise, but I slept with earplugs and that didn’t bother me. The climate control in the room was not acceptable, and when we asked the staff they said they control the air conditioning in the room. We were on the top floor in late September, and the room was unbearably hot by late afternoon. We really needed instructions on using the system or the staff needed to turn the air conditioning on. Also, we were on the top floor and the beams are very low and I kept hitting my head. Ask for a room on one of the other floors if you are tall.
