- Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space, a great night sleep with the fresh mountain air and no mosquitos! All our wishes were met, nothing was too much. Thank you Patrizia for the amazing hospitality, introducing us to Camillo for the activities, booking us a great dinner, everything. I wish we would stay longer!
- This is an immaculately, clean, comfortable, and well situated hotel. The proprietor, Patrizia, is a wonderful hostess. She checked us in early, offered us delicious refreshments when we arrived, made dinner reservations for us, and was consistently interested in meeting any of our needs or questions. There is also a lovely breakfast that is served, and which is included in the very reasonable price of the rooms.
- Amazing little hotel with super friendly staff! Everything is clean and the host is just so nice and helpful! The breakfast is the best breakfast we had in Italy so far: freah croissants, charcuterie board, homemade bread, yogurt, nutella, jam and butter and delicious coffee!!

- Abbiamo soggiornato al Red’s Apartment dal 16 al 29 settembre e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è nuova e l’appartamento impeccabile: una pulizia unica, arredato divinamente e con tutto il necessario a disposizione (condizionatori, cucina attrezzata, doppi vetri che isolano completamente dal traffico). Il materasso è ultra comodo e molto apprezzato anche il cambio biancheria una volta a settimana, che ci garantisce comfort e freschezza, mantenendo al tempo stesso la nostra totale indipendenza negli altri giorni. Al nostro arrivo avevamo prenotato con vista montagna, ma Roberto ci ha fatto una graditissima sorpresa, offrendoci senza costi aggiuntivi un bilocale con splendida vista mare. Al piano inferiore è presente una palestra super attrezzata (unico piccolo peccato: rimane chiusa dalle 11.30 alle 17.00 e nel week-end) e, per chi ama il movimento all’aperto, il lungomare offre una lunga pista pedonale ideale per passeggiate o fitness. Un altro dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è la stanza comune sullo stesso piano degli appartamenti: dotata di bollitore, macchina del caffè, lavatrici, lavatoio, asse e ferro da stiro, mocho, scopa, Swiffer, stracci e spugnette. All’interno c’è anche una piccola dispensa condivisa con peperoncino, pepe, sale, olio, sughi pronti, pasta e tè: davvero un valore aggiunto per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è ottima: a piedi si raggiungono facilmente supermercati, bar e panificio. Il mare si può raggiungere anche a piedi: grazie a un sottopassaggio si attraversa la strada in sicurezza e in soli 5 minuti si è già in spiaggia. A settembre la località è molto tranquilla, forse anche troppo: la sera tutto è chiuso perché la stagione termina ad agosto e molte attività sono in ferie proprio in questo periodo.

- Poco por marcar.. solo detalles para otros viajeros: La TV no era smart. Son dos, una en la cocina-comedor y una en la habitacion. La del comedor andaba con antena local, la del dormitorio no la pudimos hacer funcionar. Pero no dijimos nada asique quiza avisando, lo hubieran resuelto. No fue algo que nos interesara pero lo avisamos por las dudas. El BB esta algo alejado del centro, pero son distancias cortas teniendo movilidad. Nosotros estabamos a pie y la ida a los lugares era un poco pesada, pero si vas con auto/moto, son 2 minutos al supermercado y a los bares/restaurantes

- Location. Fabulous view of Stromboli. Scenically nestled in the hillside. Evening meal was interesting and delicious
- Everything was pristine. We stayed in a cabana near the ocean which is at the bottom of the hill from the main resort. There is a beachfront resto/bar where they serve drinks and food. There are plenty of lounging chairs and parasols for everyone and the ocean water is so clear. We opted for breakfast and dinner included and we don't regret since there are no restaurants around. The area is very secluded. You need a car to get around. They offer golf carts to take you up from the ocean cabanas to the main breakfast and dining building. We walked it most of the time. Breakfast was complete with eggs, bacon, yoghurt, etc… and there is a section for gluten free. Diner was amazing and again special attention was given for gluten free. For dinner, you are given a sheet in the morning where you choose from 3 or 4 different options for appetizer, primo, secondo and desert. Drinks are not included. The facilities include a pool, a well-equipped gym, a playground for children, a soccer field and lots of Zen areas to relax. It is truly a paradise.
- Everything about Midenza is superb. The location is fantastic with easy access to the station at Ricadi if you want to explore further. The facilities have been well thought out; the pool is large and great for both swimmers and paddling kids. The restaurant has wonderful views over the sea to Stromboli as do all the accommodations. We had a superior suite which was spotlessly clean, as was the resort as a whole.All the staff from reception through cleaners to ground maintenance were both friendly and professional although special mention must go to the two waiters, whose names we unfortunately didn’t get, who were absolute first class with their knowledge of the food and wine helping us to fully enjoy the experience. On the subject of food: breakfast was extensive and had everything you needed from cold to hot foods. Evening meal also deserves special mention: four choices each for starter, first, main and dessert that changed daily. It was basically of a tasting menu standard each evening with a great selection of wines to match (aided greatly by the previously mentioned waiters!!). Overall one of the finest resorts we have stayed in and we have travelled extensively over the years. Unreservedly recommended!!!

- I feel that a Nature Retreat resort should offer free water to its guests. We had to buy water every day or refill our bottles when we went to the gym. We paid the resort 110 Euros for a driver to pick us up at the airport. They sent a very unprofessional driver who parked very far from the airport and who had no AC in his van. He also drove like he was in a hurry and slammed on his brakes at least 5 times. The resort needs to select better drivers. We took the train to go back to the airport, and it was pleasant and very cheap. The resort charged us 20Euros to take us to the Ricadi train station by golf cart – less than a 10-minute ride. I feel that this shuttle service could have been offered for free given the close vicinity.

- Extremely bad service, rude people. Nobody speaks English. You can’t get basic tings sorted. The AC in the room was not working. You could heat everything from the next room. We couldn’t sleep at all!! The bathroom was flooded.. And the place has nothing to do with retreat, nosy neighborhood with loud music in the night.

- We had a short but comfortable stay at Sun Sea. The room was big, with a big balcony with a view of the pool. The grounds were well manicured and the facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location wasn't great if you didn't have a car. You couldn't walk to the beach so definitely need a car.

- I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The environment was very clean and comfortable, the room had a modern design and was equipped with everything I needed. The pool was excellent, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Throughout our stay, they provided us with a beach umbrella that we used every day, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. The last day was even more special because it was my son’s birthday, and the managers brought him lots of sweets as a surprise – he was extremely happy! I am very grateful for their care and special attention. The location is perfect, close to the city’s main attractions. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and luxury all in one place!

- On the other hand, I would expect more from accommodation of this rank – the insulation is non-existent and you can hear the neighbors' conversations and every movement of a chair, the equipment in the kitchen is really lacking, and the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable for sleeping.
- Check-in was a little tricky. Had to call host to get him to come and find us to show us the way. A precise address would have been helpful.

- The location wasn’t great as it is in the middle of no where. There was not any internet in the room and when we asked they said it was due tot he weather however the internet was working in the lobby. They showed no interest on the fact the internet was not working in our room.
- The restaurant was poor quality and over-priced. For instance, a $10 salad consisted of nothing more than a few lettuce leaves; pasta was meager; no viable vegetarian options.
- The hot water was not very hot. It was just warm and adequate to shower. I would question this before booking again. I didn't say anything to them since we were there only one night. I don't know if there was a problem or if they always keep the water temperature that low.

- What a little gem! The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was well kept, it had all the amenities and they worked, a lovely restaurant area and bar area. Being on the main road it was easy to find with good parking facilities. Our stay was what one should expect, easy and quick check in with everything one needs at their fingertips. This is now on my ”where to stay” list when I’m back to visit relatives

The towels are kept, in apparent secrecy, behind the front desk; not offered freely. We notified we would like to arrive a bit early to use the pool.

- You had to drive everywhere… They do not have shower caps or vanity kits in the bathroom, no conditioner. They have no coffee in your room but can provide a small coffee pod machine if you pay extra per day. The facility is in need of maintenance. The wellness centre really needs some TLC.
