- Amazing hospitality Very clean rooms
- Lovely comfortable hotel in good location near centre of village. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very good. Breakfast superb.
- Our stay at The Maple Inn was a wonderful experience. Our hosts Paul and his son Wilson were extremely welcoming and kind and made our stay the pleasure it was. Paul's breakfast was excellent…three courses, different every day, artfully presented and delicious ! The guestrooms and the public areas of the inn are charming, comfortable, clean and well appointed . We really enjoyed the lovely paintings on the walls throughout the Inn, many by Paul's mother, a very accomplished artist. Our room was beautifully appointed and the attention to detail was outstanding. The location of the Inn is a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Parrsboro and to the waterfront. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and the amazing vistas of the Minas Basin on The Bay of Fundy !!! A very big thank you to Paul and Wilson.
- Beautiful and comfortable room. They were so kind and accommodating. Went out of their way to create a breakfast my vegetarian self could adore. Five star treatment, without feeling uptight at all. They helped us plan our itinerary for the day!
- The rooms are lovely with nice linens. great spaces for guests to relax with lovely music playing and 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast especially nice-loved the scones both mornings. Owners were friendly and helpful.
Negative reviews
- Fridge and coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome.
- Since the inn is an old house and not intentionally made to be an inn the room we stayed in had the bathroom down the hall. Nothing to be done about that there just isn't room to have an ensuite, but the hosts provided robes that we could wear to head to our bathroom which I thought was a very nice touch
- The breakfast was very good but too many sweet things… excellent scone… fresh fruit then blueberry pancakes and bacon….
- There was only a ceiling fan in the room. No air conditioning. No microwave or refrigerator. Could not heat my coffee and the hot water for the tea in the lobby area was not hot enough to make tea.
- I would like to have an option of sweet or salty breakfast and more flexible check-in hours.

Negative reviews
- The price for valet parking is way too expensive.
- The VIP Lounge during our stay was not accessible.
- No option to switch between the rain shower and handheld shower
- Bed was a little soft and uneven. The corner room doesn't warrant being more expensive than the other king rooms.
- Only the wifi, was not the best as it gets interrupted from time to time.

- Great location perfect property.
- The staff was amazing. Very friendly, warm and polite. Each staff went the extra mile in their areas of service.
- Perfect, location was famous and I couldn’t say enough good about it. I would recommend 100 out of 100 times
Negative reviews
- Maybe too much dark wood? But that’s a not.
- the toilet paper was rough.
- I was there in August during a hot spell for Toronto (Mid 80’s) and the rooms were a bit stuffy for my liking.
- No pool
- Breakfast is bellow what is expected in this kind of quasi "boutique" hotel. The menu is unusual yet boring, the quality and quantity of food is not adequate, while prices are high. The service however is outstanding.

- Beautiful Property extremely clean in an excellent walkable location to everywhere in Quebec! The staff was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic!
- Near to everything you need , excellent restaurant and piano bar, excellent customer service , room is well decorated , big and cozy
- The hotel is in a great location, close to all that you need and easy to find. Our room was comfortable and the bed was too. The greeting at reception was very nice and we didn't have to wait too long for our room upon arrival. There are a couple of seating areas but no bar or cafe service until later in the day which seems to be the norm in Quebec which we don't understand so we went across the road to the Irish Bar until our room was ready.
- Great location. Clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Located withing walking distance to attractions, great restaurants, and bars.
- The whole hotel was impeccably clean and new like. Super comfortable bedding. Spacious room and bathroom/shower area. Unique decor and friendly staff. Feels like you are inside a piece of art rather than a hotel. Central location to everything in old Quebec. We were 2-10 minutes walk from all the places we wanted to visit. Good breakfast and dinner at their own restaurant. Wonderful, friendly staff. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Negative reviews
- The shower temperature could have been warmer but that is a minor issue
- Limited hotel menu
- They can do better with breakfast.
- Bed was too soft
- The TV was advertised as having Chromecast and Netflix but neither were working/available. My husband told the front desk but the way the "fixed" the Chromecast, it didn't work. As for Netflix, it wasn't available at all.

- Room was amazing. 5 stars
- Communication could have been much better but the staff did their best and helped us with a great stay.
- The mini bar was completely empty! Common Covid finished 3 years ago…. I his is the Ritz!
- The property is seasoned. You have to bump up the heater to levels beyond what you set at home to feel comfortable. The breakers to the room tripped during our stay. The pillows were very substandard for a hotel of this caliber.
- There was no lounge are in the lobby. There really should be a place to sit and relax or talk that’s not in your room. We tried to sit in an area that us the bar area at night and, even though they weren’t serving, we were told we were not permitted to sit there. I would not choose this property on my next visit to Montreal.

- This was a bucket list trip for me and it didn’t disappoint. Such a cool experience. Amazing place, beautiful people and fabulous food. Snow shoeing across the frozen lake was truly the stuff that dreams are made of. Loved every second
- Location, comfort and an all-inclusive stay. The surrounding area is quiet and absolutely breathtaking. Open fires, indoor heating, modern furnishings and beautiful blankets from Anián ensured warmth and a sense of luxury. The Furo tub was a lovely addition to the Num-Ti-Jah room. Shared meals with limited access to internet meant we made new friends and I had my husband all to myself!
- Location – stunning Lodge – comfortable and unique with wonderful communal areas Food – the best we have had on our 2 week trip to Canada! 4 course dinners were incredible, breakfast was delicious and varied and amazing packed lunches
- Everything about this stay was so good. The food, staff, and location were amazing. Great value!
- Super clean, great food, beautiful location, nicest staff ever!
Negative reviews
- Limited room services with no in-room tea/coffee facilities. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge – perhaps adding some blankets/throws will make the space more inviting.
- The only possible improvement is a slightly bigger bed
- Had to say 4 times that I don't eat bread, felt I wasn't listened to. No water/ coffee in room
- One sitting for dinner and breakfast which meant, when you were last table served, despite being early seated, that you watched other people finish before you received food.
- Lack of Internet, lack of selection of dinner items,

- The service was impeccable!
- Room was upgraded to the loft type and fireplace. It had 1 and a Half baths, a very comfortable king bed and soft linens, blackout curtains, spacious bathroom with a claw foot tub, well thought out closet and storage. The breakfast was excellent with an egg station and very nice hot chocolate especially a treat on the winter months. Stayed for four days and never felt closed in. Restaurant and Valet service was on point. Concierge services were outstanding and they went out of their way to help us get into a private curling club to get some fun and experience. Auberge Saint Antoine raises the bar.
- We LOVE this hotel. The service from the minute you arrive is impeccable. Matthew who valeted our car and assisted with bags is amazing! The front desk staff is friendly and professional. Our room was a very nice size, very clean and comfortable. The heated floors in the bathroom are lovely. Turn down service every evening with a card indicating the weather for the next day was really nice. Breakfast is so good! The lobby and the bar are comfortable. We have stayed several different places in Quebec City but keep coming back to St. Antoine and will be our go-to from now on.
- Clean. Classy. Not pretentious Excellent location
- Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Perfect service.
Negative reviews
- Dinner wasn't good, and overpriced
- Maybe the pillows were a little to firm? There wasn't much not to like.
- Room toilets were unusual ( all functions were operated by controller). Temperature control was difficult at best with radiators and cold air vents
- Staff at Artifact could have served better.
- Construction on the roof on top of my room (208)around 7am i could not sleep and its getting worse by 9am until I checked out but my friend’s room(204) has nothing. My wooden bed frame is not steady and squeaking every time I move. We order some oysters and cod crudo. Oyster was horribly not fresh the meat was black and stink I couldn’t believe they serve clients with that quality oyster. I Talked to waiter he offer to change fresh oysters. New oysters platter came which look much better than the first oysters but I tried 3 of them and they were all stink and an edible. I had to spit out and my friends agreed they’re all bad. Cod crudo was also very fishy we also had to return.

- Great location and staff.
- Excellent and very accommodating staff
Negative reviews
- I got food poisoning
- Issues with the pool
- Smart TVs with apps (such as Netflix) installed would be great.
- Room itself was not exceptional for a property with the reputation of the 4 Seasons
- Mattresses are too soft, even when firmer is added. If you have spine problems they can exacerbate disc issues.

The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal provides on-site electric vehicle charging for guests with access coordinated through the valet/parking service, making it a convenient option in the city centre. Four Seasons Hotel Montreal does not explicitly list on-site chargers, so if in-built charging is essential the Ritz-Carlton is the clearer choice.

Auberge Saint-Antoine is well suited to EV drivers because its heated underground valet garage includes electric-vehicle charging stations; guests should contact concierge for details on ports and parking fees. Monsieur Jean – Hôtel Particulier is also convenient if you prefer nearby public charging, as municipal Level‑2 FLO chargers are reported on Pierre‑Olivier‑Chauveau.

Guests should confirm charging options and payment on arrival to ensure availability.
