- Upon arrival, there was a foul odor in the room, which was off-putting and hindered our ability to settle in and immediately prepare for dinner. Additionally, my partner surprised me with a massage for my birthday; however, I was disappointed when he told me an additional $90 was required because it was on a Sunday. Considering the amount paid and the inconvenience at check-in, an adjustment could've been offered.

- The hotel is large, in a good location, nearby the old town with many cafes and shops, as well as the train station. Very close to the beaches. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is really good and has a wide selection. The room is very spacious, tidy, all towels were changed every day, although it was really not necessary. The bed is very big and comfortable. We are satisfied with this hotel and definitely recommend it!

Minor issue re plug sockets in room with only one properly usable because the proximity of a switch on the bedside one rendered the use of an adaptor problematic.

- C'est un hôtel familial, idéal pour partir en famille. Le personnel très attentif et sympathique donne l'impression d'être de la famille. Super club enfant avec une animatrice qui parle français, ma fille de 8 ans a adoré!! Le restaurant est excellent avec à chaque repas un grand choix. super petit déjeuner aussi.
- Si tratta di un albergo di seconda fila (non affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia) ma dista 50-100 metri dal mare. Dispone di un servizio continuo di trasporto gratuito elettrico per la spiaggia di proprietà dell' albergo che si trova a circa 500 metri. Quello che fa la differenza in questo albergo non è tanto la eleganza degli arredi o le dimensioni delle camere (anche se esistono differenti dimensioni e alternative con formula residence) ma il servizio offerto. Si tratta di una conduzione familiare orgogliosamente efficace da generazioni, personale giovane ben condotto a favorire una vacanza in cui il rapporto tra il costo e il servizio offerto è eccezionale per quanto riguarda pulizia, cortesia e qualità della ristorazione! Particolarmente fruibile anche se ci sono delle difficoltà motorie

- Kamers waren niet proper, na dat ze komen kuisen was enkel in de midden. Buffet was niet vers,eten van 2-3 dagen opgewarmd en opnieuw geserveerd. Geen goede klanten service. Na vertrek bij check out ,niemand heeft iets gevraagd te betalen ik heb dat zelf ook vergeten te vragen. Ze hebben mijn ID ook niet terug gegeven (mijn schuld dat ik zelf niet opgelet heb na check in). Ze waren mij dan chantage aan het doen,dat zonder betaling te zien ga ik mij ID niet ontvangen.Zodra dat ze gezegd hebben dat wij nog iets moeten betalen heb ik het bedrag overgemaakt tot nu toe (nu zijn wij 3 weken verder) heb ik mijn ID kaart nog altijd niet!!!
- Niestety na przygotowanym łóżku w części z aneksem nie dało się spać. Łóżko trzeszczało przy kazdym ruchu, deski były uszkodzone, przesuwały sie robiac dużą przerwę i ciało się zapadało. Widać ze ktoś próbował naprawiać deski taśmą pod materacem ale nieudolnie. Ważę 60 kg a i tak deski nie trzymały. Efekt był taki że człowiek nie mógł spać. Nierozumiem dlaczego barman nie zna cen lodów w lodówce przy barze i gdy pyta się o ceny nikt nie może udzielić informacji poza recepcją. Nie ma cen niczego w barze poza drinkami, dopisuje się domawiane rzeczy do pokoju nie wiedząc ile kosztują.

- The hotel was very clean, beautifully maintained, and had stunning views of Rimini marina. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We loved the amenities—massage chairs, indoor and outdoor play areas for kids, ( my kid really enjoyed it ) and also free capsule coffee at the relax area. This hotel made us feel right at home. Highly recommend! We will definitely return on our next visit to Rimini. Thank you for this amazing stay Gregory’s Park !!

We had to cut our trip short due to personal reasons and the staff were extremely understanding and friendly, we ended up not paying any extras due to the last minute cancellation but left with wonderful memories of the hotel, the restaurant and the thermal baths. A ~15 minute pleasant walk (if you go along the path to the river then over the footbridge) to the centre of town and easy access by car for walking in the local nature parks in the Apennines or visiting nearby villages and towns.
