- Camera bellissima, pulita e spaziosa. Piscine giusto fuori la camera, anche queste bellissime. Comodo avere a disposizione uno spazio esterno privato e anche ombrellone e lettini king size sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Colazione eccellente. - Ami nekünk nagyon nem jött be az az, hogy mindentől (kivéve 1 étterem a közelben) kicsit messze van. A központ pl. 3.5 km. Ott a sétáló utca is. A másik ilyen dolog az a reggeli. Finom volt, minőségi, de minden nap ugyanaz a kínálat. A felszolgálók nem beszélik az angol nyelvet. A harmadik dolog a strand. El voltunk különítve egy üveggel a parttól, ki és bemenni csak kártyával lehetett. Tehát ha a tengerbe akartál menni, a kártyát be kellett vinned a vízbe magaddal. Ez nevetséges.
- Poslednú noc sme mali smolu, že nás budilo do tretej ráno dupotanie dieťaťa v izbe nad nami a nechceli sme s tým obťažovať recepciu, čo v budúcnosti urobím, lebo niektorí ľudia si neuvedomujú, že sú v päťhviezdičkovom hoteli.
- Czuliśmy się jak intruzy… mieliśmy trzy pokoje i personel sprawdzał gdzie, kto śpi! Na basenach trzeba siedzieć tam gdzie mamy przydzielone miejsce. Nas pilnowano, a inni na basenach przychodzący z zewnątrz palili papierosy i wokół śmierdziało! Wieczna kontrola personelu bardzo nam doskwierała. Dzieci zafascynowane rosnącymi cytrynami zaczęły się głośniej zachowywać po czym pani z recepcji przyszła je uciszać… W restauracji Pan wymaga od nas eleganckiego zachowania po czym idzie za bar i pali papierosa i śmierdzi w całej restauracji. Nie wiem czy to niechęć do Polskich gości czy ogólne takie zachowanie, lecz czuliśmy się źle…

- modern new facility; modern rooms; very clean everywhere; excellent room service; pleasant breakfast – fresh fruit, quality yogurts, 3 types of ham and cheese, scrambled eggs and baked bacon and of course 4 types of croissants and cakes, the staff provided coffee according to requests – we had cappuccino – it was excellent; wonderful new smaller fitness center right next to the hotel, I used the perfect set of dumbbells (4-16 kg) for my workouts; the restaurant in the hotel serves great a la carte dinners, the food is first class, steaks were delicious; and free parking next to the hotel !!!

- It was unusual for me that the staff didn’t replenish the food during breakfast. We came after 8:00, and the plates with cold cuts were already half empty. After a while, they were completely empty, and no new food was brought.
- The helpful staff does not speak English and it is very difficult to communicate. We came for breakfast around 9am and asked for groceries and were told that there were no more without any excuse and that the best thing in the hotel was the restaurant.
- The spa is charged extra and requires advance reservation, which was not indicated during the room booking. The price seems to range from €30 to €90 per person. The whole spa setup feels designed not around the guest experience, but purely around profit. Someone might simply want to go to the sauna and relax for half an hour, but that is made unnecessarily complicated. The breakfast is below average.

- We can’t control the switch on and Off of the lights in the room from the bed Obliged to go to the entrance to get the control of the light of the room
- We had some issues with connecting our netflix account to their TV (the TV showed they had that options but it didn't really work, it showed the wrong wifi and there a few other issues). A really nice guy from the reception came to help but they should definitely check this and make sure it works without calling the staff. Another thing that was disappointing was the spa area that they charge 20€ for the guests. It wouldn't be a problem if the spa was really big and offered a lot of options but it was tiny, doesn't even have a pool and maybe has one sauna and chill area. Until they upgrade the spa it should definitely be included for the guests. I also booked a massage there, a deep tissue massage which wasn't that at all. I have massages regularly for years and this was one of the worst and definitely not a deep tissue massage. They shouldn't say they offer this if they didn't have someone who cand o this properly. I was really disappointed and felt like I wasted my money.

Basic amenities like the spa, gym, or even breakfast come with extra charges – like an egg is 5euro unless it’s boiled then it’s free of charge 🫣. At this price point, these should be standard inclusions. The small details also fall short. Fake wood, the shampoo and body wash feel cheap, and the so-called “welcome box” was more amusing than welcoming – it contained a “Do Not Disturb” sign and a notepad… but no pen and the price list for what is considered standard in this level of hotel. Sad place in a nice architectural environment.

Large room with such comfortable beds, complimentary water with an easy refil facility which we loved. Excellent large immaculate bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, wide selection of perfectly cooked and presented hot food. A really lovely choice of pastries and cakes, guests were taking photos as they looked so nice. Plenty of cereals, yogurts, fruits etc. Although we didn’t use the pool it also looked well maintained and modern. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. We felt so at ease and welcomed. I honestly cannot fault this gorgeous well appointed hotel. I’ve stayed and worked in many hotels but this really is an exceptional place to stay. Thank you for making our trip so pleasurable.

- The aircondition was sounding really bad all the time like a helicopter. The staff in the restaurant were not so nice. Also everything was extremely expensive and they didn’t give you prices or the bill. They took also payment for the room two times from me so I had to go back to get the money back. Not so good for being five stars.
