- Nyrenoverat rum med bra säng
- Frukosten var själv service den tid man ville själv. Bra val av bröd och pålägg. Juice, fil, yoghurt, frukt. Gott kaffe även om det var poddar. Mycket flingor och god musli att välja mellan. Funkade väldigt för oss även om det inte fanns äggröra och bacon men det var billigare nu på vintern så det fattar man. Får väl komma tillbaka på sommaren för då skall hela frukost buffen vara framdukad.
- Vi blev gratis uppgraderade till ett rum med terass. Var väldigt fint och ljust rum även om det var för kallt att sitta utomhus.
- Nybyggt, fräscht, cool blandning av en modern träbyggnad och äldre inredning.
- Wifin var utmärkt vilket jag som jobbar med film behövde.

- Det fanns ingen hiss vilket hade varit bra. Finns dock tillgänlighetsanpassat rum på nedre botten som vi fick.

- Lovely heritage buildings with lovely grounds in a very good location in the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff and went beyond expectations. Provided a breakfast voucher for the ferry as I had to depart too early for hotel breakfast. The room was small but had everything I needed
- Awesome breakfast, incredible ruins right out the back door, and personal clean and cute rooms, incredible value, location, and history! Staff was so nice and helped us rent bikes for the day, literally couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

- This place was excellent. Lots of character, attached to St. Clemens ruins from the courtyard. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. The buffet breakfast was awesome with many options. We also liked that they had on-site parking (reserved in advance) and they were able to take care of our laundry. The additional fee for parking and laundry was very fair and reasonable. In our opinion, this place is totally excellent and we would definitely stay there again if we returned to Visby.

- We would like to have hot meal options for breakfast and the ventilation in the room was poor so we had to keep the windows open, this would be a bigger issue during winter.

- Room over courtyard noisy when guests returning. At night or in the early morning. Expensive.
- The only one negative thing was the bad smell in the toilet (we thought it might be because of plumping was not working properly), but it did not bother us too much as we spent a lot of time outside.

- I absolutely loved how old the building was. We could feel the age of the building yet it was so clean and immaculately maintained. The breakfast staff woman was extremely welcoming and helpful! She made us feel like we were completely at home. I would highly recommend this central hotel with its perfect location. We found parking right outside and we were just minutes away from all the central shopping, main square and the many restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

- The hotel has a lovely sitting room area, but it is closed and inaccessible after 6:00 pm – and there was only one comfy sitting chair in our room, so we couldn't sit together and relax with a book.
- Our room was in the oldest part of the building. It was quite small and half of it was taken up by an enormous bathtub which we never used. There was a shower so this tub was completely unnecessary. highly recommend Helgeand, but make sure you do NOT get that room!
- The corvids will take your breakfast if you get up from your table outside.

- Breakfast, facilities and the staff. Plus for the water bottles I received due to the water boiling recommendation in Visby.
- Hotel was very cozy and cute! They were nice enough to let us use the sauna and the pool in the morning when we arrived, even our room wasn't ready yet. That was lovely after an early morning flight. Hotel is in a convenient location to walk around old town of Visby. Breakfast was made with good quality ingredients. We stayed at the deluxe room, and it was quite big. Bathroom was a bit weary already, but still clean and ok.
- Staff invariably very friendly and helpful – special mention Matilda and Karin. Junior Suite very nice but on the road side (some traffic noise) and low floor so no view of the sea (better view from higher floors). Dining room deccor very nice and good food but can get very busy – book in advance if possible. Parking was fine (but need to reserve in advance).
- The place and location are amazing. We have visited the place for the second time already. The breakfasts are amazing and the Roman baths are a real luxury.

- There was something weird about some of the power sockets not working during the night (maybe was connected to some of the lighting being on?) and made charging phone during night a bit difficult for 2 persons.
- The hotel was pretty empty, yet the front desk wouldn't let us have a late check out without charging us for it by the hour. We thought that was a little strange as compared to most other places we have stayed at and that too travelling with small kids.
- The gym was very dirty. It is important to Keep It clean. Used paper towels on the floor , very, very dirty.
- Understaffed. When we checked out st 6:40am there were zero staff in the hotel lobby. Couldn’t retrieve our luggage fr the hotel luggage storage. Had to rummage through reception on my own to find the key. Made it to the airport with 5 mins to spare.

- We had a room in the new building besides the main building. The owner asked for feedback (which was: we recommend additional shelfs for the bathroom). The owner and staff were absolutely lovely! On the one hand they took care of vegan options for breakfast, e.g. bread rolls without eggwhite-glaze!, and on the other hand we could grab something from the breakfast buffet 15 min before breakfast started because we needed to catch the morning ferry. I loved the breakfast room and the garden.

- A bit lacking in the attention to detail. Our room, room 18, had no ventilation and on arrival we opened the windows and went for a walk before bedtime, however when we came back that meant the room was filled with moths and flies who were attracted to the light. When talking about this the staff added a mosquito screen to the window which meant we could have it open all night, perfect! But this should have been there from start in my opinion. Also, the "private bathroom" in the basement were always open and accessible from the general public, and they did not get a refill of paper towels.

- It was a good hotel, just like many, nothing exceptional. Maybe the best was the rooftop restaurant, at least the view was great! Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.
- Location was great, close to many attractions and the waterfront. There was also a cute park nearby. Facilities were good, and we really liked the interior of the hotel itself. We had a comfortable double room, and it was very quiet during our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of food. The sauna and small swimming pool were a bonus, and we enjoyed using them as well. The staff were attentive and friendly. There was also a luggage room, so we didn’t have to carry our bags around after checking out. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

- We had to cross the street to get to our rooms and walk up some floors. The sauna was ok, the pool wasn’t very inviting. Probably it would need a fresh up.
- Our rooms were not in the main house. It felt more like a homestay than a high-end hotel. The hotel sauna was lukewarm and the pool water was cold.
- Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. We're not particularly picky about cleanliness, especially when traveling with dogs, but this time it seemed that nothing was done aside from replacing the toilet paper. The room itself was quite dated, which would have been fine, but the lack of basic cleaning made the stay less comfortable
- A bit nasty to walk over the street between the main building and the side building, lots of stairs on a narrow corr up to some of the rooms. A bit away from the main city centre and the cruise ships.

- The organization of breakfast could be better. The guests were asked to reserve a time slot for breakfast the next day, which is meant to lessen the crowd. However, the breakfast parlour is not particularly big, and when people are all going in different directions, it is easy for almost collisions to happen.
- Outside window not clean came in spider as we open the window and eating place outside some places have spider web. Cleaning rooms was good but not changing the bedsheet and glasses.

- Vattenkokare på rummet , tepåsar och kaffe.
- Frukosten höll inte hotellstandard utan var av det enklare slaget, vilket kan förklaras med att den huvudsakliga inriktningen var barnfamiljer med mindre barn. Frukostbufféområdet var ofta inte så väl städat under pågående frukost, återigen förmodligen på grund av inriktningen mot barnfamiljer. Logistiken fungerade dock inte så bra i köket utan flera gånger tog det slut tillfälligt på olika typer av mat i frukosten under pågående servering. En annan sak som var mindre bra var kuddarna i våra sängar. De var mycket mjuka och gav inget stöd när man skulle sova vilket gjorde att vi efter några dagar alla fick ont i nacken.

- Easy to find it and plenty of parking. Nice breakfast buffet, location is quite close to Tofta beach (you can walk there). We didn’t get to try the pool because the weather wasn’t great.

- Dåligt städat badrum, var hår kvar från tidigare gäst. På frukosten var det många mejeriprodukter som hade utgånget datum eller var surt och dåligt. Ingen kom och öppnade poolen vid öppningstiden förrän vi sa till.
