- Everything in the room such as bottled water was charged extra and part of a mini bar, there was not really anything complimentary. It would be a nice touch to have a free bottled water at least.
- There were some cleanliness issues in the room. Toilet not properly cleaned and heavily stained mattress protector. I did mention this and was offered an upgrade,however,overall, I was happy with my room and chose to stay in it. These were minor issues as most aspects of the hotel were excellent.
- The bar across the street was quite loud
- I found the breakfast/dinner area too small and crowded, especially during rush hours. In addition the food was too exposed, in my opinion. More space maybe would have allowed the food to be more protected.
- Sound isolation could be better. I woke up both evenings by the sound of footstep people passing in front of my room door.

- Very close to the university. Apartment has everything you would need for a longer business trip. A small kitchen and a fridge were included. A room for laundry will be there as well.
- Great place to stay in a great location. I liked the minimalist furnishing of the unit and its cleanliness. The common courtyard and garden was just great even though we did not get to use it much.
- It's clean ,minimalistic , and perfect for short stays. The bed and the pillows are sooo amazingly comfortable! My daughter and I slept so well !The location is great , and the buildings themselves are beautiful!

- For me the bed was too soft and saggy, but that is a matter of personal taste of course
- Initial check in process seemed unnecessarily complicated and not user friendly because you have to find your way into the unit and then try to figure out how to take out the keys from the box (it is unattended facility). Once you do it one time it is al good but the initial attempt was more complicated than expected. The instructions can be a bit more clear, especially for guests who check in at night. The management can be a bit faster to respond to queries.
- Only this strong smell as we entered the property ( like cleaning products perhaps?) that was overwhelming. We had to open all windows, and the smell lingered until the 3rd day .We have used other apartments at the Easy Living complex previously, but never had this issue.
- No free parking.
- Sink leaked, but was fixed in reasonable time. Outdoor space could do with a parasol for when sun was out. No space to get in the bed as was so close to the wall. Also I got a parking ticket for 1000 Sek for parking to close to the junction at the top of road. Be warned!

The crockery and glassware in the restaurant are all Kosta Boda and the glass bar is something to behold. The glass artwork continues into the bedrooms with even glass sinks in the bathroom. There is a spa with various heated pools, a sauna and steamroom which also offers beauty treatments.

- Children were only allowed in the pool in the early morning. I can understand not being in the spa but it would have been nice to use the outdoor pool in the heat if the afternoon.

- Staff were a little off. Wasn’t possible to buy a pair of the Kosta Boda slippers which was a real shame….

- Excellent location, the railway station is within view, just 2 minutes walk away. The seating areas for breakfast etc are so comfortable. Candles lit at every table for breakfast time. So welcoming. The breakfast was excellent!! So much choice with plenty of healthy goodies, fruit, nuts and seeds, even jugs of vitamin shots which were really great, 😋.
- I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel’s location is perfect in the heart of the city, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent.

- When I booked I couldn’t find out whether the room had an en-suite or not. I booked it because there was a picture of a shower room/loo in the listing so I presumed it was en-suite. I was quite happy, I did have my own facilities but it was next door to my room. All good though but I would have like the information on booking. They did provide a robe however.

- The location in between highway ramps and a gas station is not cozy at all. But we were glad to be right across the street from the shopping mall.
- Coming later might be an issue with eating in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is open till 9, we came after 8 and the only option suggested was buffet, which was OK but not exactly what we wanted. If you arrive late, check with the reception, if and what kind of dinner you can get or plan to eat outside.
- Rooms and building could be renovated.
- Bed was uncomfortable and the rooms didnt have a fridge, despite paying close to 2500 for two night. That caused quite the hassle for us, since we are athletes and needed to store our lunchboxes. The TV had HDMI cable instead of wireless Casting and it didnt even work. No showercap, no cottonswabs, nothing. Would never pay this amount had I known. The floor had hairs on it, and the dustbins have different slots for organic/plastic/etc but no bags, so theyre nasty.

- The rooms are getting more and more tired in appearance, and I still think it is overpriced for the quality. Unfortunately they can still charge what ever they want when there is very little other option in Ljungby.
- The rooms are not air-conditioned(the breakfast room is)..especially during the day, the room is heaten up by the sun. I especially asked about the problem at the desk, but of course, they could not help because the dicision to switch off the AC in the rooms was probably done by the owner.
- Broken Windows, overall old and very tired room. Bed linen cleaned but need be change. Couch in the room with stains.

Es hätte sehr wohl besser erreichbare Zimmer gegeben,aber trotz vorheriger Anfrage bei der Buchung hat man uns ein Zimmer abseits im Wald gegeben. Zimmer waren sehr sauber,aber ich habe trotzdem ein „schmuddeliges" Gefühl gehabt und mich nicht sonderlich wohl gefühlt, Wir waren froh,nach einer Nacht wieder abreisen zu können. Ich habe leider wirklich vergessen Fotos zu machen. Das einzigste Foto,daß ich gemacht habe weil es mich auf der Suche nach der Steckdose echt schockiert hat ist die offene Stromverkabelung.

- We had a break in of our car. The parking is just in front of the hotel, but there is no survey or cameras. That day we weren't the only one to had this problem, also a van was valdalise. I immediately report the car break-in to the local police and formally inform the hotel staff about the incident and suggest for improved security, such as adding surveillance cameras or warning signs, to prevent future occurrences. So be carefull! The hotel is ok, but the manager should be more sensible about the problem.

- No lifts so have to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs
- sad like the ghost town of Markaryd. too expensive compared to the poor quality offered. in my (mini) room there wasn't even a small coat/shirt hanger ( asking for a wardrobe would be too obvious… ). hope you are not a big man because you cannot enter the 1 mt2 bathroom. 108 Euro for such a poor quality room also considering the strong devaluation of the crown against the euro is a real theft.
