- The other group of customers were talking laughing and singing so loud at the restaurant.The restaurant in the hotel was so nice and good atmosphere, where you can sit and eat and sip wine, should have soft music playing so that you can enjoy the food and the beautiful atmosphere of the evening. I think the hotel should have a room for a big group of customers (business or family room that they can sing or laugh or talk loudly.
- We missed the notice that there was no housekeeping. Not that no housekeeping is a problem, but we put the towels on the floor. Wouldn't have done that if we knew there was no change. So a bit more communication about that would have been nice.
- Coffee machine wasn’t working for breakfast but everything else was fab.

- Two things: the apt is great however very small, our luggage was all over the apt because of lack of space. The second thing is the shower doesn’t have a door, so when you shower the whole bathroom gets soaked
- kitchenware are not enough and a bit dirty
- It's in a block of rooms, so on the second night we had noisy neighbours next to us and upstairs. They were really inconsiderate and perhaps noticeable due to thin walls. Try book a room on the top level. It was only early October and the restaurant was closed (presumably for the season). If you wanted to use the sauna or hot tub, it would cost 1500NOK!!
- We chose this hotel in part because it had an EV charger, but the charger stopped working several times. The charging cost also ended up being about 23.6 NOK/kWh, which seemed very high (we paid about 5.3 NOK/kWh at other commercial chargers). The hotel manager said she would resolve the payment issue but failed to do so.

- Spotlessly clean, brilliant staff and a huge bonus with free afternoon tea and cakes and salad/soup in the evening. By far the best value hotel in Bodo.
- Bodo’s not a big place it’s easy to walk around but this hotel is smack in the middle where you need to be, rooms are pretty much standard, clean , ok size bathroom with powerful shower, lift is quick, Breakfast is spot on with cold and hot food to help yourself to, between 3pm and 5pm there’s cakes Coffee and Tea, and at 6pm to 8pm they do Dinner, we had Beef stew and it was very good, as Norway is very expensive this kept our costs down. The staff in the restaurant and reception are really helpful understood English and very nice I would definitely stay here again

- Andenes is a small town and quite remote. The hotel doesn't do evening meals and we were there over a holiday weekend, which limited food options and there were limited staff on duty. We only discovered this at the last minute and a bit of a heads up when we checked in would've been useful. There is a mini market opposite and some restaurants were open but opening hours were limited.
- There is practically no one working there (only in the morning). There is not really much to do in the town, not many restaurants, so, it's a pity that the hotel does not offer a bar / restaurant service for dinner.

- It probably needs a facelift. It’s a bit old but sufficient for a night transit stay. It’s half way between Svolvaer and Narvik airport. It’s fishing town, so expect fishy and sea smell outdoor. If you stay upstairs, expect a step and lifting all your luggage up… staffs were friendly.

- Don't book the room with included bathroom on the ground floor! For one night we stayed in a room with a shared bathroom (first floor), which we can strongly recommend! The shared bathroom (1 shower room and 2 toilets) was well kept and clean, thus no problem at all. Since we enjoyed our stay, we decided to book another night, this time with an included bathroom (ground floor). This room did not fulfill our expectations, and we didn't want to stay there. Fortunately, we were allowed to switch and stay on the first floor instead- thanks to the great staff. We can very much recommend the hotel but would advice booking a room with a shared bathroom as it is both cheaper AND BETTER. 9/10 stars as the beds were a bit too hard for our taste, but the hotel, restaurant, parking, staff and breakfast were great.

- At least one vegan option on the menu at the restaurant for lunch and dinner and move vegan options for breakfast. I do appreciate the chef creating a new item for me at dinner.
- The hotel is characterized by the fact that it has been a long time since any renovation has been done and is perceived as somewhat worn, this is especially sensed in the bathroom facilities. Imagine having a sauna on the dock!
- A trash bin in the bathroom would be useful – having to dispose of female sanitary products in an open bin in the room is unsanitary and can be uncomfortable for a guest.
- The room in the second night was very noisy probably because of the arrival of a big group and loud music nearby till 1:00 am. The pillow and bed mattress should be replaced, too soft to impair the sleep quality.
