- Amazing hospitality Very clean rooms
- Lovely comfortable hotel in good location near centre of village. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very good. Breakfast superb.
- Our stay at The Maple Inn was a wonderful experience. Our hosts Paul and his son Wilson were extremely welcoming and kind and made our stay the pleasure it was. Paul's breakfast was excellent…three courses, different every day, artfully presented and delicious ! The guestrooms and the public areas of the inn are charming, comfortable, clean and well appointed . We really enjoyed the lovely paintings on the walls throughout the Inn, many by Paul's mother, a very accomplished artist. Our room was beautifully appointed and the attention to detail was outstanding. The location of the Inn is a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Parrsboro and to the waterfront. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and the amazing vistas of the Minas Basin on The Bay of Fundy !!! A very big thank you to Paul and Wilson.
- Beautiful and comfortable room. They were so kind and accommodating. Went out of their way to create a breakfast my vegetarian self could adore. Five star treatment, without feeling uptight at all. They helped us plan our itinerary for the day!
- The rooms are lovely with nice linens. great spaces for guests to relax with lovely music playing and 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast especially nice-loved the scones both mornings. Owners were friendly and helpful.
Negative reviews
- Fridge and coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome.
- Since the inn is an old house and not intentionally made to be an inn the room we stayed in had the bathroom down the hall. Nothing to be done about that there just isn't room to have an ensuite, but the hosts provided robes that we could wear to head to our bathroom which I thought was a very nice touch
- The breakfast was very good but too many sweet things… excellent scone… fresh fruit then blueberry pancakes and bacon….
- There was only a ceiling fan in the room. No air conditioning. No microwave or refrigerator. Could not heat my coffee and the hot water for the tea in the lobby area was not hot enough to make tea.
- I would like to have an option of sweet or salty breakfast and more flexible check-in hours.

- Swim activities closed way too early.

- No underground parking for cars with studded tires

- Great location. Very comfortable hotel. Soft lighting adds to relaxed ambience.
- Location is great, short inside walk to the airport terminal.
- So convenient! Loved not having to go outside to catch my flight. The room was so quiet and the blackout curtains were very effective; it made for a great night’s sleep.
- So close to the airport, a delicious restaurant on site and to top it all off the room was stunning ! Made us feel like we had started our vacation before we even left the province
- Clean, quiet, convenient
Negative reviews
- Showers are not easy to operate Pizza at the Sosto restaurant was not as good as on previous occasions (Crust not crispy)
- The cost of parking and no free breakfast included in your stay.
- The restaurant is a little pricey, particularly if you’re gluten free. Couldn’t really justify the extra $7 for a GF pizza crust.
- The pillows in my opinion were terrible. I like a firm pillow and the pillows in the room had absolutely no head support whatsoever. I folded the pillow and it was okay then. They at least could have a firm pillow and soft pillow which they could easily do because we had four pillows.
- Price abit high

- Friendly and helpful staff. Room had great kitchen amenities. Breakfast was excellent! Fitness room is good.
- Customer service was good, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.
Negative reviews
- For a newer property, it was not as clean as I expected it to be. Bath towels were not cleaned well. Bathroom tub and sink were not as clean as they could be. Bed linen was dingy as well. I requested new towels and received towels that were not washed well. Also something brown kept leaking from the bathroom sink. I notified the front desk and they said they would address it.
- Booking.com was very difficult to deal with
- Food at the restaurant/pub was 'ok'-not fabulous. No children's menu which is challenging when you arrive late and want a quick supper suitable for a 'picky kid eater'. Please consider adding a couple of a little more kid friendly items-chicken fingers. cheese pizza, burger:)
- Air con units in bedroom were very noisy disturbing sleep. Too warm if off, too noisy when on.
- The rooms are very small – beds really close together.

Negative reviews
- The carpet could do with a steam clean and the young girl (black hair) that checked us in was super unfriendly and rather unhelpful. My staff rating would’ve been lower but the lady working on the Sunday morning was super helpful and friendly so seemed unfair to have her associated with a low rating.
- Bed to soft
- No breakfast available on the property and the next door cafe doesn’t open every day of the week. Air conditioning noisy.
- Sheets are worn and rough. Time to get update the linens.
- No dedicated parking

- It was close to the airport and had a convenient shuttle.
- A comfortable , friendly and convenient place to spend the night before an early flight. Good food, friendly service and convenient free shuttle.
- The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and friendly
Negative reviews
- Switcheroo on cost of long term parking. Website said $40 a week but they asked for $70 at desk. Outer door to lobby stuck open in blizzard making the lobby very cold while waiting to be seated to eat.
- The shuttle from the airport took way too long. We waited in the freezing cold once we landed for 45 minutes. Not acceptable, no shelter outside, nothing.
- We went to buy some pop and snacks last night and there was no one at the desk. Understandable that perhaps someone needed a moment of was busy. However, we waited at an empty front desk for over 20 minutes. There’s no bell or any way to signal that someone is at the front desk. And when your female staff member finally came out the door behind the desk she wasn’t even polite. Didn’t say sorry or acknowledge in any way that people had been waiting well over 20 minutes. We were too impressed by that honestly
- No hot water in the shower, turn on water it'd be warm, get in turn icy cold! 2 AM so pretty sure it wasn't because too many rooms were using water! Only one elevator working. Otherwise, it was a good motel.
- Elevator very noisy

- Not in love with the pillows but not a deal breaker.
- The restaurant was nice, friendly staff, but the Reuben sandwich was made with canned corn beef. Other sandwiches that were ordered were well liked, just surprised by the Reuben.
