- The hotel is located near Oslo train station. We made several train trips and decided to stay here a second time due to its close proximity. We found our room to be clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfasts were beautiful and had a diverse range of options. They kept us sustained for most of the day! We dined in the restaurant on several occasions simply because the food was excellent! Overall, it was a value-for-money hotel in a very convenient location, and we would stay again!

- Couldn't really fault anything. Maybe slightly larger towels as they were quite small, but I think it was very reasonable for the price.
- The room could have been cleaner. For example, there was dust on the floor in the main room. But the bathroom was very clean.

- The carpets are filthy. The hall carpets are dirty, but an easy fix is the small rugs in the rooms being filthy. Easily cleanable or replaceable.

- Everything! We booked a night stay for our girls trip and the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. We arrived early and the receptionist allowed early check in without any charges! Had the most lovely room, it was spacious, the toilet was super big, super clean! The brekfast buffet was cheap and super generous! It was the best european breakfast buffet spread we had been on!

- Check in took a really long time, I waited at least 20 minutes in the queue. Gym is disappointing, it's on the top floor under a low roof, very narrow, not good equipment, no space for yoga and stretching. I would expect something much better from this type of hotel.
- The sauna-pool facilities are a bit unsmart arranged. Saunas on 32nd floor, pool on 33rd – only a cold old stair connecting them. Seems hard to fix/change, but since pool is really an add on of value, it's a shame it's not more spa-like arranged. Would be better IF one could book Family Premium, though the normal Family room was nice. But it doesn't have ropes and slippers (Premium does) and it would be great if either Premium also had family/3 plp rooms or if one could upgrade a normal room with ropes/slippers for the pool area
- There was nowhere to get a light bite/snack during the day. The sauna wasn’t that hot, probably because there was a gap under the door . There was no mixed sauna so I couldn’t go in with my partner.
- I paid for a fjord view and to be honest the view of the fjord was not good, I really don’t think they should be charging extra for this view as there was more train station that fjord out of my window.

- I like that the extra beds in the rooms were bunk beds and not sofa beds. Much more comfortable and practical. Also the breakfast quality was very high. We invited our friends staying at another hotel to eat their with us – it was very good value for money!

- Parking is terrible. Easypark is the only provider. Parking tickets are given within minutes if forgotten to pay. Pay attention when you want to charge the car!!When charging finished and you leave the car at the charging station you will be fined. So plan your charging and parking time in advance. And I think the hotel should inform their guest of this terrible parking/charging situation proactively.

- Our room was lovely with the most comfortable bed. The bedding was also of a high standard which made us feel as if we were sleeping on a cloud! We had the most charming and helpful waiter on both nights (a Bulgarian man) who couldn't do enough for us! When we asked for an extra blanket, the lady who brought it to us, also brought an extra duvet! The staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind and friendly.

We were also surprised that we had to pay to swim in the pool as paying guests. The gym was fabulous though and everything that my husband could wish for!
