- Location, the panorama view over the fjord. Amazing breakfast.
- Very nice place in beautiful surroundings, well worth the extra km drive. Really good breakfast, free parking (charging available) and nice staff that assisted when water unexpectedely was turned off during morning routine due to renovation. We had not even noticed that renovation was going on.

The Hotel is quite old and there are lots of old photographs showing the history and some of the hotel is decorated beautiful, which was really nice. Definitely recommend staying and was worth a stay.

- The room was a bit too warm for me, making it hard to sleep. The train and bus to the airport only go once an hour. The train station is a 10 minute walk, so maybe not so convenient with heavy luggage. The bus leaves 200m away from the square.
- the location is far away from the airport and only taxi can bring you there. Plus on Saturday in the evening it was not easy to order taxi. The infrastructure is ok, but not so new and very simple.
- There really should be a shuttle service. We had to pay $660 NOK for three people plus bags to taxi to get there from the airport. I would also say it’s NOT an airport hotel. It is close, but definitely not walkable and public transport to there wi the luggage is very hard.

I’m not trying to complain — just hoping this can be used as a learning point to ensure the team has a clearer understanding of menu items and dietary requirements. A bit more training and communication between the kitchen and service staff could really help prevent confusion like this in the future.
